Keshara Brown is the CEO and founder of Win With Wellness, LLC, bringing extensive experience across clinical social work, maternal-infant health, trauma, child and family services. Her clinical background includes supporting women and families in OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine settings, as well as working with domestic violence and assault survivors, children and families involved in foster care and child welfare, individuals with cognitive and intellectual disabilities, and those navigating trauma and significant life transitions. Her broader professional experience also includes disaster response, volunteer and community engagement, and macro social work focused on strengthening systems, expanding access to resources, and building resilient communities.

Keshara's perinatal expertise extends beyond mental health. She has professional training in labor and postpartum doula support, childbirth education, breastfeeding education, and child and family education. This multidisciplinary background allows her to approach perinatal wellness from both a clinical and whole-person perspective.

Through Win With Wellness, Keshara focuses on perinatal mental health, trauma-informed care, maternal wellness, birth and postpartum support, and education. Her work recognizes that pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period can be meaningful and transformative while also bringing emotional, psychological, and practical challenges.

Keshara believes that true wellness encompasses the mind, body, and whole person. Her mission is to empower women and families with compassionate care, meaningful education, and accessible support so they can feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their wellness journey.
